Christin is a Certified Sex & Embodiment Coach and Somatic Experiencing Facilitator.
She is credentialed through Somatic Experiencing Institute International and specializes in Sexual, Relational, and Complex Trauma.
She is passionate about helping her clients bridge the gap between cognitive awareness and what they experience in their bodies by teaching them the language of their nervous systems. She says, “There is the story we’ve learned to tell about what happened to us, and then there’s the story our body has been waiting, and often trying, to tell.”
Her sessions are primarily SE (Somatic Experiencing) based and designed to offer gentle, empowering support to people living with trauma. Her methods focus on identifying and nurturing inner resources, exploring and expanding individual capacity, and cultivating experiences of safety in the body.

About Somatic Experiencing (SE™)
