Founder & Owner, Clinical Psychologist
Dr. Shoger has over twelve years of experience providing therapy to individuals struggling with eating disorders. She worked in a Behavioral Health Hospital before starting her own private practice focusing on eating disorders and major life transitions. Dr. Shoger individualizes treatment, keeping in mind the connection between one’s thoughts, feelings, behaviors and life experiences which all play a key role in mental health. She believes that times of major life transition can be moments where people can get stuck and start utilizing destructive coping strategies or following negative self-beliefs. These issues can lead people away from their values and to a decrease in quality of life and overall emotional and physical health. Dr. Shoger wants to work with people to heal, re-build, re-frame and move forward towards a better tomorrow.
